  Topshop has always said it values customer service as an important skill that all it's staff members must have, I guess word didn't reach it's store in Ballymena. I've never know such rude staff, I noticed two girls who seemed to be going at great lengths to avoid being approached by customers, to top it off, it seems that the manager is more interested in standing near the changing rooms texting on her phone than wanting to help the customers. Very disappointing.
